Alpha Better Health's online service enables you to arrange a homeopathy consultation wherever you are in the world.
Online access to therapeutic services is becoming more and more popular; it can be particularly useful if you have restricted mobility, are very busy, live in an isolated area, work away from home or simply prefer to have an online consultation.

Provided you are comfortable using technology and have the necessary equipment (see below), this can be a convenient way for us to work. Although an online consultation via webcam cannot fully match the immediacy of a face-to-face consultation, it is more authentic than other, text-based, methods of communication which do not allow you to see the person with whom you are working.
Before our first consultation, we will establish contact to confirm that the audio-visual quality is adequate. Following this, we will agree a mutually convenient date for a consultation.
It is important to make sure that you will not be disturbed during the consultation.
For an online consultation, you will need access to a computer, a webcam, a broadband connection and an appropriate video networking program (e.g. Zoom, Skype, FaceTime etc.)
